As used in this Privacy Policy, the terms “Buyprop,” “we” and “us” refer to Buyprop, LLC.
Buyprop values its users’ privacy. Additionally, “Social Media Sites” refers to any social media sites owned or operated by Buyprop, through which access to Buyprop's real estate-related services is available, including all features, functionality, tools and content of those social media sites and services. The Website and Social Media Sites will be referred to herein collectively as the “Platform.”
Please read this Policy carefully to understand how we will treat your information before you access or use our Platform or communicate with us outside of the Platform. (Although, we may provide additional notice and choice options within the Platform itself.)
By accessing or using our Platform or communicating with us outside of the Platform, you are therefore accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you must not access or use our services or Platform.

Please note that this Policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that Buyprop does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by us. Information We Collect
It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any services. We collect various types of information, such as:
Contact information, including your name, address, email address, and phone number, purchasing preferences and other information you provide to us or that we obtain from real estate agents and professional, publicly available databases; and joint marketing partners and event sponsors, which may be used when you use our services and to deliver the services you have requested;
Information automatically collected when visiting our website, which may include internet protocol addresses (IP), browser types, internet service providers (ISPs), location, time zone setting, the pages and content you view or interact with on our Website, cookies, third party tracking technologies and server logs.
We will treat this information as “Personally Identifiable Information.” Additionally, we will treat any non-publically available information collected in connection with a sale transaction as Nonpublic Personal Information (“NPI”). Other data derived from your use of the Platform is treated as “Non-Personally Identifiable Information,” unless it is combined with Personally Identifiable Information, or unless otherwise required by applicable law. We will treat as Personally Identifiable Information any Non-Personally Identifiable Information that is combined with Personally Identifiable Information.
How We Collect Information
Information You Provide to Us
We collect and store information that you knowingly and willingly provide directly to us, including when you request an offer, provide us your location, upload or otherwise submit photos, update your email preferences, respond to a survey or provide other feedback about the Platform or contact us with questions or comments.
We may also collect information about you when you request to receive text messages from us. You may opt in to receive such updates and offers by providing your mobile telephone number through the Platform.

Buyprop uses various third-party social media features including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and other interactive programs. These may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly. These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within Buyprop’s control.
How Information May Be Disclosed
We may disclose information, including Personally Identifiable Information to:
our service providers, subcontractors and agents as reasonably necessary to enable us to operate and provide our Platform and services to you;

In addition to the above, we may share non-Personally Identifiable Information, aggregate or anonymous data:
with analytics providers, search engines, or other service providers that help us improve our Platform and services; and
with other users or prospective users of our Platform and services.
We do not sell your information. Further, we do not permit these third parties to use any Personally Identifiable Information we share for any purpose other than (i) as described in this Privacy Policy, and (ii) to comply with their own legal requirements.
Cookies & Web Beacons
We may use cookies, beacons and similar technologies, now or in the future, to support the functionality of our Platform. This provides a better experience when you visit our Platform and allows us to improve our Platform and services.
Browser Cookies. A browser cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. That cookie then communicates with servers, ours or those of other companies that we authorize to collect data for us, and allows recognition of your personal computer. Web beacons in e-mail marketing campaigns allow us to track your responses and your interests in our content, offerings and web pages. We offer you certain choices in connection with the information we collect from you.
Email Communications
You may have the opportunity to receive certain communications from us related to our Platform. If you provide us with your e-mail address in order to receive communications, you can opt out of marketing e-mails at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of our e-mails and adjusting your e-mail preferences. Please note that certain e-mails may be necessary for the operation of our Platform. You may opt out of direct telemarketing contacts by requesting us to remove you from our direct telemarking list. Please note that opting out from our direct telemarketing contacts does not limit us from contacting you for other purposes, including those contacts that are reasonably necessary to provide you with our Platform. If you decide to opt out of our direct telemarketing contacts, allow a reasonable time for us to process your request and do not hesitate to contact us at contact@buyprop.io if you encounter any problems with your request. The FTC also maintains a National Do Not Call Registry at http://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx. By registering your number with the FTC may also limit our direct marketing contacts to that number.
Securing Your Information
The security of your information is important to Buyprop. Unfortunately, no system can guarantee complete security of your information. As a result, Buyprop cannot ensure or warrant your information, including your Personally Identifiable Information, is completely secure from unauthorized third parties. Thus, your use of the Platform and communication with us is at your own risk.
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, acquisitions or transaction coordination) are granted to access personally identifiable information. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. This is all done to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.
Buyprop also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications to build user’s trust and confidence in the internet and website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of personal information.

Our Platform may contain links to third party websites and services, including those of our partners and advertisers. Please note that these websites and services may have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies to the Buyprop Platform only. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy policies or practices of any third parties. If you choose to access any websites or services linked from our Platform, we encourage you to read the applicable policies before you use or submit any personal data to such website or service.
Children Under the Age of 18
Our Platform is directed to and is intended for use by persons who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to submit any personally identifiable information to us, including your name, address or e-mail address. If we discover that we have collected any personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 18, we will remove that information from our database as soon as possible. International Users
The Platform is operated and hosted within the United States and is not intended for use outside of the United States. If you are accessing our Platform from other jurisdictions, please be advised that any personal information you provide to us is being transferred to the United States. Your continued use of the Platform or communication with us after the updated Privacy Policy has been posted (or any other indication of your consent) will constitute your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

By using this Platform, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within this Privacy Policy Agreement.
